Pubg2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the pubg2 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the pubg2 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pubg2 platform or its services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pubg2 as the platform operator. This agreement comes into effect as soon as you begin using the platform, whether via web browser or mobile application.
The pubg2 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of pubg2 services, you are required to register a user account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All details submitted during registration must be truthful and belong to you personally. Registering on behalf of another person or providing false information is strictly prohibited.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pubg2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your login information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by emailing our support team at [email protected].
Account Suspension & Closure
Pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or any other reason deemed reasonable by management. Any remaining funds in an account closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pubg2 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or harm other users. The following prohibitions apply to all users:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to interfere with or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content on the platform.
- Misusing customer support services in an unreasonable or disruptive manner.
Pubg2 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any user be found in violation of the above rules.
4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the pubg2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in your own name. The use of another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
Pubg2 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transaction data. However, we are not responsible for any disruptions caused by third parties beyond our control, such as banking system downtime or network failures.
Deposit
All deposits into your pubg2 account must be made using payment methods listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method and is subject to change. Once credited, deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances outlined in our internal policy.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your pubg2 account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures. pubg2 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for security review if any suspicious activity is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, pubg2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or anticipated profits.
The pubg2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Any technical disruption that prevents a match or bet from being settled will be handled in accordance with the relevant internal cancellation policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the pubg2 platform are the property of pubg2 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The pubg2 platform may contain references to third-party services or websites. pubg2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pubg2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the current version of the terms.
Your continued use of the pubg2 platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
